Nanshan Sunshine Green City in Urumqi, Xinjiang is one of the most popular villa projects in Urumqi, Xinjiang. Our company cooperated with the agent of Daikin Air Conditioning: Urumqi Tianyide Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. to undertake the products of the Daikin central air conditioning supporting air outlet series for this project. The project solution is: all air outlets use GH double-layer grille air outlets, because the blades of this product can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 00~1800, and different angles of the blades can obtain different air supply distances and different diffusion angles, the ventilation rate is about 62%, and the blade type is rivet-shaped blade. All return air outlets use RH single-layer grille air outlets with nylon nets. Because this product has the same advantages as the GH double-layer grille air outlet, the ventilation rate is about 77%, but its aerodynamic performance is worse than the double-layer air outlet. In engineering, it is often used for return air outlets. Our company partnered with York (China) Trading Co., Ltd. to supply York central air conditioning units with ADM-A electric multi-blade butterfly valves for this project. The solution uses ADM-A electric multi-blade butterfly valves featuring aluminum alloy airfoil blades with internal foam insulation, patented synchronous linkage, and an aluminum alloy one-piece damper. This ensures stable valve performance, with an operating temperature range of -40℃~60℃ and an air leakage rate of <0.3%.
