We provide comprehensive services to our customers, including a diverse and customized range of products, technical support for project bidding, product performance consulting services, and more.
 
① Air terminal dampers are valves used in HVAC systems to adjust airflow. Users can select them based on project requirements. When ordering, note: The required airflow should be preset at the factory based on the site's needs. For variable air volume dampers, add a Pitot tube and intelligent electric actuator; the actuator is used to switch the set value, but the voltage must be specified when ordering.

(3) Live flange, raised face flange, welding flange, and whether to drill holes.
(4) Whether the circular damper blade is a single or double blade.
 
②   Air diffusers are the most terminal products in central air conditioning systems. They mainly adjust airflow direction, form air circulation, and are an important component in ensuring air quality. Air diffusers are generally divided into: ceiling diffuser series, wall-mounted ceiling grille/linear diffuser series, wall-mounted return air grille series, and wall-mounted ceiling jet diffuser series. Air diffusers are decorative panels with different shapes and materials used in central air conditioning terminal systems for air supply and return. Based on different performance, they can be divided into two categories: supply air diffusers and return air diffusers. Supply air diffusers are divided into seven series based on the area of use and performance: ceiling diffuser series, wall-mounted ceiling grille diffuser series, wall-mounted ceiling linear diffuser series, wall-mounted ceiling jet diffuser series, wall-mounted ceiling return air grille series, floor diffuser series, and thermostatic diffuser series.
 
Points to note:
(1) Confirmation of dimensions: Which dimension is it? For dimensions with two values, confirm whether it includes an extension frame or a square-to-round or square-to-square connection.
(2) Whether accessories are included, such as steel valves, square-to-round connectors (for flexible pipes), etc.
(3) Airflow type: one to four sides blowing (two-side blowing is more commonly used in KFC and PH projects)
 
II. After-sales Service: Our company makes the following commitments regarding after-sales service for air dampers:
 
① We guarantee that all products sold are made of brand-new materials.
• A warranty certificate and certificate of conformity are provided upon product shipment, and we are responsible for the test data;

• After the product warranty period expires, product parts are supplied at cost price;
• During product installation and commissioning, our company will send personnel to provide on-site technical guidance free of charge;
• If changes to product parameters or models are required during installation, our company will provide detailed technical information and relevant suggestions;
• Upon receiving a repair call, we will first provide telephone guidance to solve the problem and understand the issue. If on-site handling is required, we will respond and handle the issue within 2 hours in the city and arrive on-site within 24 hours. For areas outside the city, we will arrive on-site within the agreed-upon time. In short, our company will provide after-sales service in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001 quality assurance system.
