Technical Characteristics:
The QD-Φ round butterfly valve uses a new series of DR pneumatic actuators with gear transmission, ensuring safety and reliability. The valve disc adopts a single-disc structure, resulting in a lower leakage rate. It is suitable for regulating gas flow in pipeline systems used in industrial painting, waste gas treatment, and other environmental protection industries for air volume adjustment and environmental protection.
Product Features:
1. The outer frame and disc of the round butterfly valve are made of 2~6mm carbon steel or stainless steel.
2. The round butterfly valve bearings use high-temperature resistant rhombus or square bearing seats, and the shaft is made of Φ15~Φ40 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
3. When operating at high temperatures, insulation measures are implemented between the actuator and the valve body. The shaft extending from the valve body is sealed to prevent gas leakage.
4. Pressure Range: ≤6000Pa
5. Applicable Temperature: Normal temperature ~5000℃
6. Applicable Medium: Air, dusty waste gas, high-temperature gas, etc.
7. Leakage Rate: ≤2%
