Technical Characteristics:
The QDM-Φ circular sealing butterfly valve uses a new series of DR pneumatic actuators with gear transmission, ensuring safety and reliability. The valve uses a single-disc structure, with sealing strips embedded in the disc or outer frame, resulting in lower leakage rates. It is suitable for use in industrial painting, waste gas treatment, and other environmental protection industries for regulating gas flow in pipeline systems.
Product Features:
1. The outer frame and disc of the circular sealing butterfly valve are made of 2~6mm carbon steel or stainless steel, with sealing strips embedded in the disc or outer frame.
2. The circular sealing butterfly valve uses high-temperature resistant rhombus or square bearing seats, and the shaft is made of Φ15~Φ40 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
3. When operating at high temperatures, insulation measures are implemented between the actuator and the valve body. Sealing rings are installed at the shaft exit of the valve body to prevent gas leakage.
4. Pressure Range: ≤6000Pa
5. Applicable Temperature: Normal temperature ~2500℃
6. Applicable Media: Air, dusty waste gas, high-temperature gas, etc.
7. Leakage Rate: ≤0.5%
