Technical Characteristics:
The QD-R round butterfly valve uses a new series of DR pneumatic actuators, with gear transmission, ensuring safety and reliability. The valve disc adopts a multi-blade structure, resulting in a lower leakage rate. It is suitable for industrial painting, waste gas treatment, and other environmental protection industries, used for adjusting gas flow in pipeline systems for air volume regulation and environmental protection.

2、The outer frame and blades of the round butterfly valve are made of 2~6mm carbon steel or stainless steel.
3、The round butterfly valve bearings use high-temperature resistant rhombus or square bearing seats, and the shaft is Φ15~Φ40 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
4、At high temperatures, there are insulation measures between the actuator and the valve body, and there are sealing rings at the shaft exit of the valve body to prevent gas leakage.
5、Pressure range: ≤6000Pa
6、Applicable temperature: Normal temperature ~5000C
7、Applicable medium: Air, dusty waste gas, high-temperature gas, etc.
