Pneumatic control valves are valves driven by compressed air. They feature a unique design, rapid opening and closing, low operating torque, and easy operation. The operating mechanism can be selected as either on-off or proportional type. Clockwise rotation closes the valve, and the air leakage when the valve is closed meets the requirements for ordinary valves in JG/T436-2014, "Building Ventilation Air Volume Control Valves". The blades can be designed as double-opening or louver type. The louver type model is QDB, and the pneumatic valve can also be made explosion-proof.
Product Description
● The outer frame and blades of the pneumatic valve are made of 2~6mm carbon steel or stainless steel.
● The pneumatic valve bearings use oil-impregnated bronze bushings or bearing housings.
● The blade shaft is Φ15~Φ40 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
● A leakage device can be added to the valve body to prevent gas leakage.
● The mechanism can be selected as on-off or proportional type. Clockwise rotation closes the blades.
