    Technical Characteristics:

    The ADM-G-Φ electrically actuated, sealed, circular butterfly valve uses a single-blade structure. Sealing strips are embedded in the blade and outer frame, resulting in lower leakage rates. The shaft ends feature high-temperature bearing seats, ensuring smooth operation and preventing jamming. It is used to regulate gas flow in ventilation and environmental protection pipeline systems.

    Product Features:

    1. The outer frame and blade of the electric circular butterfly valve are made of 2-6mm carbon steel or stainless steel, with sealing strips embedded in the blade or outer frame.

    2. The sealed circular butterfly valve uses high-temperature resistant, diamond-shaped bearing seats, and the shaft is made of Φ15~Φ30 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.

    3. When operating at high temperatures, insulation measures are implemented between the actuator and the valve body. Sealing rings are installed where the shaft passes through the valve body to prevent gas leakage.

    4. Actuators are available in on-off and proportional types. Clockwise rotation of the blade closes the valve.

    5. Pressure Range: ≤5000Pa

    6. Applicable Temperature: Ambient temperature ~250℃

    7. Applicable Media: Air, dusty waste gas, high-temperature gases, etc.

    8. Air Leakage Rate: ≤0.5%
