AD-GB Electric Multi-Blade Control Valve
Technical Characteristics:
The AD-GB series electric multi-blade valve uses a multi-blade structure, ensuring uniform fluid flow. The specially designed valve blades offer low resistance and high strength. The shaft and axle are connected by a linkage rod for safe and reliable operation. Suitable for regulating gas flow in industrial painting and spray painting workshop pipeline systems.
Product Features:
1. The outer frame and blades of the electric valve are made of 2~6mm carbon steel or stainless steel.
2. The electric valve bearings use high-temperature resistant diamond-shaped bearing seats, and the shaft is made of Φ15~Φ30 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
3. Insulation measures are taken between the actuator and the valve body. Each shaft extending from the valve body has a sealing ring to prevent gas leakage.
4. The actuator can be selected as either on-off type or proportional type, with clockwise rotation closing the blades.
5. Pressure Range: ≤5000Pa
6. Applicable Temperature: Normal temperature ~500℃
7. Applicable Medium: Air, dusty waste gas, high-temperature gas, etc.
8. Air Leakage Rate: ≤2%
