Technical Characteristics:
The HDM-GB airtight regulating valve uses a new worm gear structure (the actuator is changed to a hand wheel type, model T308-2M-GM). The valve disc adopts a multi-axis louver structure. The valve disc is a single-layer blade with a metal sealing strip installed on it. The fluid is uniform, with the characteristics of low resistance and high strength. The shafts are connected by connecting rods, which is safe and reliable. It is suitable for regulating gas flow in industrial painting and spray painting workshop pipeline systems.
Product Features:
1. The outer frame and blades of the manual valve are made of 2~6mm carbon steel or stainless steel. The valve disc is a single-layer blade with a metal sealing strip installed on it.
2. The manual valve bearing uses a high-temperature resistant diamond-shaped bearing seat, and the shaft is Φ15~Φ30 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
3. When the temperature is high, there are heat insulation measures between the actuator and the valve body. Each shaft extending from the valve body has a sealing ring to prevent gas leakage.
4. Clockwise rotation of the blade closes the valve.
5. Pressure range: ≤5000Pa
6. Applicable temperature: Normal temperature ~500℃
7. Applicable medium: Air, dusty waste gas, high-temperature gas, etc.
8. Air leakage rate: ≤1%
