Technical Characteristics:
The electric rotary butterfly valve uses a single-disc structure, resulting in a lower leakage rate. The shaft ends feature high-temperature resistant bearing seats, ensuring smooth operation and preventing jamming. Suitable for industrial painting, waste gas treatment, and other environmental protection industries, it is used for regulating gas flow in pipeline systems.
Product Features:
1. The outer frame and disc of the electric rotary butterfly valve are made of 2-6mm carbon steel or stainless steel.
2. The valve uses high-temperature resistant rhombus bearings, and the shaft is made of Φ15~Φ30 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
3. When operating at high temperatures, insulation measures are implemented between the actuator and the valve body. The shaft extending from the valve body is sealed to prevent gas leakage.
4. Actuators are available in on-off and proportional types. The disc closes clockwise.
5. Pressure Range: ≤5000Pa
6. Applicable Temperature: Ambient temperature ~500℃
7. Applicable Media: Air, dusty waste gas, high-temperature gas, etc.
8. Air Leakage Rate: ≤2%
