Technical Characteristics:
1. The AD-R square-to-round motorized multi-blade butterfly damper is specifically designed for ventilation and air conditioning ducts with a diameter greater than 700mm.
2. The valve is designed with a square middle section and round ends, with flanged round ends for direct connection to the duct.
3. The regulating mechanism is either electric switch type or electric proportional type, with clockwise rotation closing the blades.
4. When the valve is closed, the air leakage meets the requirements for ordinary valves in (JG/436-2014 Building Ventilation Air Volume Regulating Valve).
Product Features:
1. The valve frame and blades are made of galvanized steel sheet, with both the frame and blades being 1.5mm thick, and the valve body being 320mm thick.
2. The valve bearings use oil-impregnated copper powder metallurgy, requiring no lubrication and providing permanent lubrication.
3. A V-shaped anti-slip structure is designed between the blades and the rotating shaft to ensure that the blades do not slip or loosen under high wind speeds.
4. The blade shaft is Φ12.7 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
5. Φ matches the duct size, size range: Φ＞700～≤3000mm, when Φ＞1250mm, an intermediate partition is added, and the blades are separated to provide reinforcement.
