Technical Characteristics:
1. The HD-R square-to-round manual multi-blade butterfly valve is specifically designed for ventilation and air conditioning ducts with a diameter greater than 700mm.
2. The valve is designed with a square middle section and round ends, with angle iron flanges on the round ends for direct connection to the duct.
3. The regulating mechanism is a worm gear type, lockable at any position. Turning the handwheel clockwise closes the blades.
4. When the valve is closed, the air leakage meets the requirements for ordinary valves in (JG/436-2014 Building Ventilation Air Volume Regulating Valve).
Product Features:
1. The valve frame and blades are made of galvanized steel sheet, with the frame and blades both being 1.5mm thick, and the valve body being 320mm thick.
2. The valve bearings use oil-impregnated copper powder metallurgy, requiring no lubrication and providing permanent lubrication.
3. The blade shaft is Φ12.7 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
5. Φ matches the duct size, size range: Φ＞700～≤3000mm. For Φ＞1250mm, an intermediate partition is added to separate the blades, providing reinforcement.
