Technical Characteristics:
1. The HDM manual closure multi-blade double-opening regulating valve is specifically designed for air conditioning systems with high air leakage requirements.
2. It is directly installed on the air duct to regulate the indoor air volume.
3. The regulating mechanism is a worm gear type, which can be locked in any position. Turning the handwheel clockwise closes the blades.
4. When the valve is closed, the air leakage meets the requirements for airtight valves in (JG/436-2014 Building Ventilation Air Volume Regulating Valve).
Product Features:
1. The valve frame and blades are made of galvanized steel sheet, the blades are double-layer galvanized steel sheet, and the top of the blades are embedded with rubber or EPDM sealing strips.
2. The valve bearings use oil-containing copper powder metallurgy, requiring no lubrication and providing permanent lubrication.
3. The blade shaft is Φ12.7 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
4. Φ matches the air duct size, size range: Φ≥100～≤700mm.
5. The valve color can be customized according to customer needs.
