Technical Characteristics:
1. The HD-B-φ explosion-proof manual multi-blade butterfly regulating valve is specifically designed for air volume regulation and pressure control in ventilation and air conditioning systems.
2. It is directly installed on the air duct to regulate the indoor air volume.
3. The regulating mechanism is a worm gear type, which can be locked in any position. Turning the handwheel clockwise closes the blades.
4. When the valve is closed, the air leakage meets the requirements of ordinary valves in (JG/436-2014 Building Ventilation Air Volume Regulating Valve).
Product Features:
1. The regulating valve frame is made of galvanized steel plate, the blades are made of aluminum plate, and the valve body thickness is 210mm.
2. The regulating valve bearing uses oil-containing copper powder metallurgy, requiring no oiling and providing permanent lubrication.
3. The blade shaft is Φ12.7 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
5. Φ matches the air duct size, size range: Φ≥100～≤700mm.
6. The valve color can be customized according to customer needs.
