Technical Characteristics:
The DFF-D electric constant air volume valve is used for air volume control in variable air volume systems. The DFF-D variable air volume valve consists of three parts: a regulating valve, a differential pressure sensor, and an intelligent actuator. The regulating valve and electronic control components are combined into one unit and are pre-assembled and connected with hoses before leaving the factory. Each product is set to the required air volume before leaving the factory and undergoes airflow performance testing.
Product Features:
1. The outer frame and blades of the electric constant air volume valve are made of galvanized steel plate, with the outer frame and blades both being 1.5mm thick, and the valve body being 500mm thick.
2. The bearings of the electric constant air volume valve use oil-containing copper powder metallurgy, requiring no lubrication and providing permanent lubrication.
3. The blade shaft is Φ12.7 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
5. Airflow Measurement: A differential pressure sensor is essential for airflow measurement. It uses pressure measurement holes with average distribution at various points to measure the average value of a certain section.
The differential pressure sensor of the electric constant air volume valve converts the differential pressure signal into an electrical signal, which is then parsed by the controller into an actual air volume value.
