    ● Main components: valve body, valve blade, shaft, bushing, actuator.
    ● The valve body and blades are all made of high-quality galvanized steel plate, with the advantages of beautiful appearance, good corrosion resistance, and long product life.
    ● The valve combination adopts the internationally advanced sheet metal connection technology - TOX weld-free connection process.
    ● A V-shaped anti-slip structure is designed between the blade and the rotating shaft to ensure that the blade does not slip or loosen under high wind speed.
    ● Both the blade rotating bearing and the connecting rod rotating bearing use oil-containing copper powder metallurgy bushings, requiring no lubrication and ensuring permanent lubrication.
    ● Installed on a ventilated duct, connected to the duct, used to control the wind speed and adjust the indoor air volume, it is convenient and flexible to adjust.

    Technical characteristics:
    1. The manual multi-blade butterfly damper is specially designed for air volume adjustment and pressure control in ventilation and air conditioning systems.
    2. Directly installed on the air duct to adjust the indoor air volume.
    3. The adjusting mechanism is a handle type, which can be locked at any position during adjustment, and clockwise is to close the blade.
    4. When the valve is closed, the air leakage meets the requirements of ordinary valves in (JG/436-2014 Building Ventilation Air Volume Regulating Valve).
             
    Product features:
    1. The valve frame and blades are made of galvanized steel plate, and both the frame and blades are 1.5mm thick.
    2. The valve bearing uses oil-containing copper powder metallurgy, no need for oiling, and can be permanently lubricated.
    3. The blade shaft is Φ12.7 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel.
    4. When the valve width W exceeds 1250mm, an intermediate partition is added, and the blades are separated to strengthen the structure.
    5. Flange types include common flange, welded common flange, angle steel flange, and flat iron flange.
    6. The mechanism can be selected as a handle type or a worm gear type.
    7. The explosion-proof valve shell is made of galvanized steel plate, and the blades are made of aluminum plate
