    ● The valve body and blades are all made of high-quality galvanized steel, with the advantages of beautiful appearance, good corrosion resistance, and long product life.
    ● The valve combination adopts the internationally advanced sheet metal connection technology - TOX weld-free connection process.
    ● A V-shaped anti-slip structure is designed between the blade and the rotating shaft to ensure that the blade does not slip or loosen at high wind speeds.
    ● The blade rotating bearing and connecting rod rotating bearing both use oil-containing copper powder metallurgy bushings, requiring no oiling, ensuring permanent lubrication.
    ● The actuator adopts a static low-power design scheme and is in standby (sleep) mode most of the time. Its measured standby power is only 0.5W, thus greatly saving energy consumption.
    ● Installed on the air ducts of ventilation systems with ventilation requirements for air volume adjustment and speed control.
    ● Electrically opens or closes the valve and outputs an open/close electrical signal.
    ● It has a manual button that can be manually opened or closed.

    Product Features
    1. The valve casing and blades are made of galvanized steel, and both the frame and blades are 1.5mm thick.
    2. The valve bearing uses oil-containing copper powder metallurgy, requiring no oiling and providing permanent lubrication.
    3. The blade shaft is Φ12.7 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel. When the valve width W exceeds 1250mm, an intermediate partition is added to separate the blades, strengthening the structure.
    4. Flange types include common flange, welded common flange, angle steel flange, and flat iron flange
     
                          
    1. Users should not paint on the outside of the actuator or add oil to the electrical components, as this may cause malfunctions.
    2. The electric actuator must be installed and debugged by professional personnel. Regular checks of opening, closing, and electrical signals should be performed every six months during normal use.
