● A V-shaped anti-slip structure is designed between the disc and the rotating shaft to ensure that the disc does not slip or loosen under high wind speed.
● The disc rotating bearing and connecting rod rotating bearing both use oil-containing copper powder metallurgy bushings, requiring no lubrication and ensuring permanent lubrication.
● Installed on ventilation ducts to prevent air backflow after the fan stops, the wind speed in the pipeline during normal operation is 8~15m/s.

Technical characteristics:
1. The T303-2 rectangular check valve is installed on the ventilation duct to prevent air backflow after the fan stops.
2. The regulating mechanism is a weight type, which can adjust the opening pressure of the valve and can be locked at any position after adjustment.
3. When the valve is closed, the air leakage meets the requirements of ordinary valves in "JG/T436-2014 Building Ventilation Air Volume Regulating Valves".
4. The rectangular check valve has two types: horizontal installation and vertical installation.
Product features:
1. The check valve frame is made of 1.5mm thick galvanized steel plate, and the disc is made of 1.5mm thick aluminum plate, with the advantages of flexible switching and explosion-proof.
2. The check valve bearing uses oil-containing copper powder metallurgy, requires no lubrication, and can be permanently lubricated, and can withstand high temperatures of 200℃.
3. The disc shaft is Φ12.7 galvanized round steel or stainless steel round steel. When the valve width W exceeds 1250mm, an intermediate partition plate is added to separate the disc, playing a reinforcing role.
