Xiamen Chang Gung Memorial Hospital
Xiamen Chang Gung Memorial Hospital is the first hospital established by Formosa Plastics Group in mainland China. It was jointly invested and built with Xiamen Haicang Public Utilities Development Co., Ltd. Located on the south bank of the beautiful Maluan Bay in Xiamen and north of Haicang Xinyang Industrial Zone. Approved for establishment in May 2005, with a total investment of approximately 1.3 billion RMB, a total construction area of 1.4 million square meters, and a land area of 700,000 square meters. Planned as a medical park with a hospital, health village, and school on 70 hectares of land, the hospital is planned to have 2,000 beds, with 500 beds to be put into use in the first phase.
