“ShineLong” brand fire dampers and smoke exhaust fire dampers both won the Shanghai Municipal Brand Product award

In 2010, our company's fire dampers and smoke exhaust fire dampers, under the "ShineLong" brand, were both awarded the Shanghai Brand Product title in the Shanghai SME "Brand Product" Recommendation Activity organized by the Shanghai SME Brand Building Promotion Committee.
These products are widely used in high-rise buildings, modern factories, nuclear engineering, and naval vessels where air conditioning is required.
I. Product Name and Features:
The product name is fire damper and smoke exhaust damper series. These products are at the forefront of the domestic industry in terms of material selection, advanced processing technology, and stable performance.
The processing of the fire damper and smoke exhaust damper series uses computer-programmed automatic processing by AMADA series punching, shearing, bending, and laser sheet metal processing equipment. The factory has a valve body production line, valve actuator assembly line, actuator physical performance testing room, fire damper temperature control testing room, and finished product leakage test equipment related to the production and testing of wind valves and fire damper series products. Each step of the production line operation is strictly controlled through barcode scanning and transfer in the ERP system.
Before leaving the factory, products are tested and inspected for air leakage by the factory's quality inspection department and are certified compliant before shipment. The factory implements the ISO9001 quality management system.
II. Material Selection:
The valve body and blades are made of high-quality galvanized steel sheet, featuring beautiful appearance, good corrosion resistance, and long service life.
III. Process:
The valve assembly uses the internationally advanced sheet metal connection technology—TOX weld-free connection technology. This solves the problem of weld-free combination of galvanized steel sheets. The characteristics of TOX weld-free connection technology are: without rivets, bolts, or welds, two sheet metal parts are pressed into one using special equipment and molds, resulting in a strong, flat, and aesthetically pleasing connection (this technology is currently used in the automotive industry, and its connection strength exceeds that of riveting and spot welding).
IV. Structure:
The valve body and flange adopt an integrated co-plate structure, which can be connected to ordinary air ducts with bolts or to mechanical air ducts with buckles.
(A) A V-shaped anti-slip structure is designed between the blade and the rotating shaft to ensure that the blade does not slip or loosen under high wind speed.
(B) The blade rotating bearing and connecting rod rotating bearing both use oil-containing copper powder metallurgy bushings, requiring no lubrication, ensuring lubrication, and guaranteeing that the valve can rotate freely even after prolonged periods of disuse. This improves upon the traditional technology of using ordinary copper bushings as blade bearings and not setting bearings on the connecting rod, which can cause jamming over time.
(C) For easy user debugging and daily maintenance, an inspection port is set on the side of the valve body to check the working status of the valve blade. This improved technology significantly surpasses similar products.
