One after another, figures toiling away, one after another, construction epics painstakingly created, together composing a magnificent chapter in ShineLong's growth and development.

On May 19, 2023, ShineLong's 30th-anniversary celebration was grandly held with the theme "Recalling the Past, 30 Years of Glorious Years; Looking to the Future, Striving for Greater Brilliance." ShineLong employees gathered together to celebrate the occasion. Looking back on ShineLong's 30 glorious years and looking forward to the future, ShineLong's new 30 years officially begins!!!

Time flies, years slip by. Thirty years is just a small wave in the long river of history, yet it is so magnificent and awe-inspiring.

ShineLong General Manager Lu Wei delivered a heartfelt speech at the celebration, reviewing the company's 30-year journey. ShineLong has always adhered to the core values of "integrity, innovation, service, and win-win." Through 30 years of hard work, we at ShineLong have formed our unique corporate operation and management system. We have evolved from a small township industrial enterprise operating model to one that is adaptable to changes in domestic and international market economies and possesses core competitiveness.

General Manager Lu has worked tirelessly, making efforts no less than anyone else; he will lead all of us at ShineLong towards another glorious thirty years!

The 30-year development journey is a joyful achievement of every ShineLong employee's concerted efforts and hard work. Therefore, the 30th-anniversary celebration is not only a tribute to ShineLong's path of progress but also an award of honor to every ShineLong employee who has strived and is striving.

Time remembers the footprints of dreams, history engraves the journey of struggle. Witnessed by everyone, 25 ShineLong cultivators took to the stage to receive awards. General Manager Lu Wei and senior company leaders presented 30th-anniversary loyalty awards to three vice presidents and 22 employees, commending their companionship through the storms, remembering their unwavering commitment and tireless efforts over the years, and expressing gratitude for their support along the way.

ShineLong's 30-year journey is inseparable from the hard work and persistence of every ShineLong employee. The performances at the gala were splendid and diverse. Many programs were enthusiastically signed up for and performed by colleagues from various departments of the company, including songs, dances, and a finale of instrumental performances, fully demonstrating the vitality and enthusiasm of the ShineLong team.

The wonderful performances created a lively atmosphere, with one climax after another and thunderous applause. The guess-the-song activity pushed the celebratory atmosphere to new heights time and again.
