ShineLong boasts a team of highly professional employees with a positive work environment. The meticulously developed and manufactured products are not only recommended as design standards by major design institutes but also play a market-leading role domestically. Through long-term industry-academia-research cooperation with universities such as Shanghai University of Technology, ShineLong has gradually established and improved its own air conditioning product testing center, specializing in testing the ventilation performance, noise, and other technical performance of air outlets, dampers, and silencers. It holds invention patents for 'Air Terminal Air Volume Balance Detection Simulation Device and its Simulation Detection Method' and 'Actuator for Fire Damper'. 2 and utility model patents 22 items.
For many years, ShineLong has focused on the development and research of new products, continuously applying research results to product production processes.
I. Research and Development of a Performance Testing Device for Cold and Hot Air Distributors
This project develops a performance testing device for cold and hot air distributors, capable of testing the performance of various air outlets. It will address the industry's technical and energy-saving requirements for air distributors, promoting the development of energy-efficient and multifunctional air distributors. The resulting energy saving and emission reduction will have immeasurable social benefits, while the development of energy-efficient and multifunctional air distributors will also bring significant economic benefits. Large temperature difference air outlets and low-temperature air outlets will help promote the realization of large temperature difference air conditioning technology and cold storage air conditioning technology, with equally significant economic benefits. As the industry needs such a device for new technology applications, the testing device developed through this tender can also be made available to the public, helping other manufacturers test air diffusers or conduct third-party testing. This will promote the development of air distributors and address the current lack of air testing devices among other domestic manufacturers.
The technical highlights of this project include improved air micro-velocity testing; range testing uses positioning guide rail technology to measure the range distance, effectively controlling human interference and improving accuracy; wind speed testing uses an omnidirectional anemometer in a self-developed standard wind duct, improving accuracy. A rapid data acquisition system effectively measures micro-velocity fluctuations to control the stable range of wind speed, improving the level of air micro-velocity testing.
In terms of cold and heat sources, the supply air temperature is effectively controlled, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ ; in addition, temperature-sensitive materials are used on the human body model, making it easy to read the changes caused by indoor temperature and effectively displaying the impact of airflow organization on human comfort.

II. Intelligent Identification and Efficiency Testing Device for High-Efficiency Filters
With the advancement of science and technology, various industries and fields have increasingly higher requirements for indoor air cleanliness. Modern scientific experiments and production activities require air cleanliness primarily from four aspects: processing precision, product miniaturization, product high purity, and product reliability. Therefore, controlling suspended particles in the air environment is extremely important.
Currently, with the constantly increasing requirements for indoor cleanliness, research and application of filter testing technology are crucial for producing higher-efficiency air filters and ensuring their quality. The BS EN1822 standard formulated by Europe in 1999 uses the most penetrating particle size (MPPS) method to test the filtration efficiency of filters [2]. For high-efficiency filters, the most penetrating dust particle size is at a certain point between 0.1μm and 0.25μm. First, the most penetrating dust particle size under the test conditions is determined, and then the filter effect of the filter on this particle size dust is continuously scanned and measured. This method is the MPPS method. The MPPS particle size efficiency is currently the most stringent method for classifying high-efficiency and ultra-high-efficiency filters. The basis of the standard is particle counting, which actually meets the needs of most occasions in various applications. The difference between the standard and earlier national standards lies in the method of determining the total efficiency. The standard is based on particle counting of the most penetrating particle size (MPPS), not the total mass of particles. In addition, the counting method can measure ultra-high-efficiency filters, which could not be measured by previous test methods due to sensitivity limitations. This project is based on this standard.

III. Compulsory Certification of Fire and Smoke Prevention Equipment
2014 year 9 month, the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment issued a document stating that fire damper series products must obtain compulsory certification for fire and smoke prevention equipment ( CCCF compulsory certification certificate). To continuously meet the requirements of certification and applicable standards, combined with the social demand for central air conditioning systems and the regulations of the fire department, and to improve the shortcomings of previous fire damper series products, such as large air leakage and poor reliability, our company has set the goal of "low carbon, comfort, and safety." A project to develop a new generation of smoke exhaust fire dampers has been established. In addition to concentrating existing technical strength, the company also seeks guidance from experts at the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Engineering Research Institute of Shanghai University of Technology and Japan Air Conditioning Giken Co., Ltd. This year, the 'Actuator for Fire Damper' was granted a national invention patent.
