Successfully passed the on-site audit of CNNC suppliers

8 On October 10, a team of experts from Xingyuan Certification Center Co., Ltd. conducted an on-site audit of the company. After a three-day comprehensive audit, the on-site audit was successfully passed. Deputy General Manager Tang Hongdi, as the management representative of Shanghai ShineLong Air Conditioning Co., Ltd., participated in the entire audit process.

As a comprehensive enterprise engaged in technological research, product development, production, sales, and service in China, ShineLong Company's audit scope covered many aspects and processes. In the initial stage, led by the company's quality control department, various departments conducted meticulous pre-audit work in accordance with the requirements of the management system. Corrective and preventive measures were developed for problems identified during the internal audit and actively applied to daily work, ensuring the effective application and implementation of the management system. The audit expert group used sampling inspections, record reviews, and interviews to review the management layer and various departments' compliance with the system operation, management elements, and technical elements according to standards/criteria. They carefully examined aspects such as document preparation and record keeping, supplier evaluation, customer service, corrective and preventive actions, internal audits and management reviews, personnel training, environmental facilities, instrument and equipment management, financial status, business reputation, and social responsibility, collecting a large amount of relevant data. They unanimously agreed that the company's management system, quality assurance, and technical capabilities meet the requirements and can operate effectively.

Since obtaining ISO quality management system certification, ShineLong Company has made system audit and certification work a habit, laying a solid foundation for the company's continuous, rapid, and stable development. During the pre-audit process, various departments worked together, demonstrating high professional competence. The company's implementation of various certification system requirements in its business management has further contributed to team development and improved management levels.
