Air valve products that can be used in exhaust gas treatment systems include manual valves, electric valves, and pneumatic valves. Before ordering and selecting these valves, the following technical parameters need to be determined:

1、 The working environment of the air valve, normal temperature, humidity, circulating medium, internal and external leakage rate, pressure, air volume, airflow direction, installation location, VOCs composition and concentration in the exhaust gas (whether corrosive), and whether there are adhesives in the exhaust gas.

2、 Electric valve: Determine the working voltage, adjustment mode, brand, and required functional requirements of the electric actuator.

3、 Pneumatic valve: Determine whether the electric actuator is single-acting or double-acting, the cylinder driving torque and brand, the solenoid valve and brand, the positioner, the limit switch brand, and the required functional requirements.

4、 Due to the working environment and medium, the valve material can be selected from: galvanized sheet, 304L stainless steel, aluminized sheet, cold-rolled sheet, and aluminum alloy profiles.

5、 Due to different pressure and contact surface requirements, the blade type can be selected from: ordinary blade, airfoil blade, linear contact blade, aluminum alloy airtight blade rubber, and single blade.

Case Introduction: Kawo New Energy Passenger Vehicle Xuzhou Production Base Project

The Kawo New Energy Passenger Vehicle Xuzhou Production Base Project is located in Dahuangshan Street, Xuzhou Economic Development Zone, with a total investment of 10 billion yuan.
