High-rise building projects generally refer to high-end venues such as hotels and office buildings. To provide a comfortable and healthy environment for office workers or residents and maintain fresh air in the rooms, office ventilation systems are the preferred choice. Office ventilation systems continuously exchange indoor air 24 hours a day, supplying fresh air for breathing and exhausting polluted air, keeping the indoor environment comfortable and unobstructed. IV. Selection Notes for Xianlong Products
(1) Fire dampers: Confirm whether the valve is normally open, normally closed, manual, or automatic reset.
(2) Air outlets: Confirm whether the dimensions are face dimensions, neck dimensions, or opening dimensions, and whether accessories are included.
(3) Air valves: Electric valve actuator, on-off type or proportional type.
(4) Silencers: Confirm whether the silencer length is the effective length or the actual length.
V. Typical Case Studies

Ping An Finance Centre in Shenzhen is a project where Ping An Life Insurance Company of China (a member of the Ping An Group) won a bid for a commercial plot in Shenzhen's Futian Central District on November 6, 2007. The main structure of the Ping An International Finance Centre project has a height of 592.5 meters. The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) general contractor is China Construction Third Engineering Bureau. In 2014, our company signed a contract with the Installation Branch of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Second Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. for the air outlets and dampers in this project.
During the contract performance, some air outlets in the Shenzhen Ping An Hall were difficult to meet the customer's aesthetic and usage requirements due to their location. Therefore, China Construction Third Engineering Bureau asked our company to help measure the air outlets and guide the installation to meet the client's requirements.
